Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
Educated interaction designer but the latest two years I have been dedicated to web design and developing. I like: colours (especially purple), cities, temples, warm days, dark nights, electronic music, walking long distances, all forms of art and design, Apple products, chocolate, tea, coffe with milk, gin and tonic... with lime.

:weeblbob: Webull tries to steel all the pies. But this time this is a game and you have to help him. (my highscore is 29210)
Space is fun, be careful of worms in an asteroid. This clip from weebls-stuff.com is cute and a bit funny and it's not the least annoying!
For the Swedish audience:
Den här killen förklarar hur det är att vara stockholms-brat! Härligt liv!

Did you know that when using Eniro's map search (Swedish yellow pages etc) you can, when viewing the map, press cmd-alt-left/right/up/down (or ctrl-alt-left/right/up/down if you're using windows) to scroll through the map!
Have fun!
This is a classic: November the 12th, 1970 in Florence Oregon, a dead whale lands on a beach. A huge one. Apparently there were no options to burn it or cut it or carry it away so these fine American citizens did what was the best thing to do - blow it up! | |
:weeblbob: Weebl & Bob visit Christ the Ninja Pirate who they haven't seen since his wife Donkey died. Pay him a visit too

My beauty sleep was interrupted by a delivery man from TNT that wanted to give me this tiny packade - an iPod nano! I ordered the minute after the new ones were released on the Apple Store, and I was first supposed to get it by the 26th, then the 19th, then just three days after order! Click "Read" to see more pictures!
Compared to my old iPod from 2001 you can say that it's so small it doesn't exist!
Side by side. Can you see me reflection in the old iPod? :)
Side by side - a better view.
The iPod nano - 2nd generation! As seen on TV... uhm... the Internet...
And it's so small in fact...
... that it fits in your magic pocket! (I call it the magic pocket, 'cause if you put something in it, you're not sure when you'll get it back. I usually use it for small change.

Now here is a reason to maximize your browser window, opposed to an earlier post.
This guy who I will call Lenser has made a huge pixel art... drawing... which won't fit on a 32" screen I'll tell you! Where's Waldo? Click here to go fetch!![]()
Thanks, Jake, for the cool link!
So finally, after almost 12 months of wait, Apple released an iPod nano with 8 Gb capacity. Guess if I ordered one right away! For you who are looking for a new MP3 player, check out these beauties; 2 Gb in silver, 4 Gb in silver, pink, green, and blue, and 8 Gb in black. Read more at Apple's site.
Actually, I'd rather have the silver one (or a white one if there were any). but I'm upgrading from my old 2001 5Gb iPod, and can't have anything less, so I just hav to learn that "black is the new white". Cheers!
A friend who uses windows everyday (normal user, not a nerd) visited me the other day and wanted to look up something on the internet. (it wasn't the only reason for the visit, of course). I have a 20" monitor and there was just the browser window open at the time. What did he do? As a normal windows user (an idiot), he dubbel clicked the window (that's one of the reasons for being an idiot). Why did he do that? Click "Read" to read the rest of this...um.. article. To maximize the window on the entire screen! So he wanted to go from this:
To this:
Now, what in H*LL do you want with the extra 10cm grey space you get when maximizing a webpage? It's not easier to read, it just takes up more space! Why do you buy a bigger monitor with higher resolution? NO, not to make your windows bigger, but to FIT MORE WINDOWS. And we've been able to have more than one program open at a time since 1986, what's the point of having more apps open if you don't see them?
Example:
Here I can see my website, my ICQ and MSN contact list, current message from them, my downloads (completely legal, of course) and what I am listening to on iTunes. Not to forget that you see the pretty wallpaper you pay so many minutes to choose but so few minutes to watch.
Tell me, folks, what are the reasons to maximize those ugly windows?
