Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.

So, I bought this new MacBook three weeks ago or so, loved it and sold my old computers, earning half the price of the new one - that's cool! But what is cooler than useless features bundled in the package, for instance a remote control so you don't have to get up in the morning to turn your music on, or a built-in webcam and an easy-to-use program to lay effects on it before taking a photo!
Hats off to you, Apple!

You've got to love Nintendo's Super Mario. Everybody loves Super Mario. And surely almost everyone born after 1940 and before 1990 can sing, or at least recognise without effort, the super mario theme from the first (third, actually) Super Mario Bros. game released sometime after 1981 which was the date we first saw our favourite and world known character in Donkey Kong.
Have you ever thought about how bizarr every Mario game is? (according to Wikipedia, 200 million games starring Mario has been sold to date) In the popular game series, we see our favourite plumber from Brooklyn eat a toadstool, become larger, later being able to shoot fireballs at turtles, walking mushrooms, gigantic bullets, giant flesh-eating flowers growing out of huge green pipes and many more strange monsters, trying to rescue a human princess with Barbie-style 80s haircut in a pink dress from a... uhmm... huge and angry turtle with spikes on his shell and sharp teeth. Oh yes, he can shoot fireballs too. And so do this Bowser Koopa's kids in Super Mario World, where the plot suddenly takes us to the pre-historic age. Apparently, the idea of Mario and his brother Luigi came from the owners of a pizza parlor close to the Nintendo offices in Japan. The plumbing part is still a mystery.
What are we going to learn from this game? What are we to learn from the other (spinoffs?) games where he races with go carts, or the tetris clone where he, as Dr. Mario, launches brightly colored pills at tiny bacteria in a bottle? Well, I have learned that video games are heaps of fun, a nice escape from reality and stress, but also the wrong solution to some problems. Some times procrastination is not the best way to solve important things (never put your girlfriend second).
